These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdko online casino and betting platform ("bdko", "Platform", "we") and every individual who uses this platform ("User", "you", "Member"). By opening an account on bdko or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

As used in these Terms:

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual may hold only one active account. Opening or operating more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited. If our system detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, bdko reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the funds.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

Full name (as shown on your National ID card)
Date of birth
Mobile number
Valid email address

bdko reserves the right to close an account and suspend withdrawals if false or incomplete information is provided.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Limits

The applicable limits for each payment method:

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdko offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This offer applies only once and only to the first deposit.

Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses apply only to accounts registered with real money.
Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
bdko reserves the right to close an account if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
bdko holds the final right to interpret any bonus offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games and betting activities on the bdko platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. A Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer is used to determine the outcome of all games, verified by an independent third party.

6.2 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless the game was not completed correctly due to a technical fault on the platform. In the event of a technical fault, bdko may decide to refund the bet amount or replay the game.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers wagering across various markets. Market information and odds may change without prior notice. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, bdko will settle the bet according to its own rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdko platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited:

Bonus abuse or bonus farming — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
Participating in games using automated bots or scripts.
Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
Using another member's account credentials.
Attempting to attack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's technical infrastructure.
Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
Using the platform for the purpose of transferring funds between members.
